I just spent the week at Lake Tahoe with my family (via Jack in the Box). I think it was probably one of our best family vacations to date. For one thing, Lake Tahoe is beautiful. Tall trees, old towns, nature walks, friendly and laid back locals, family dinners, endless outdoor fun...
Here are some of the things I enjoyed most:
- Clean beaches
- Nature walks
- Air hockey
- Horseback riding
* things I had never done before but always wanted to do
Secondly, I managed to cross off something from my life list
Anyhow, here are some pictures...
My niece playing hide and go seek
The tiniest squirrel I've ever seen
This is from the rooftop ho-down theme dinner we had our first night there. The guy dressed up as a cowboy was too perfect, I had to get a shot of him.
Oh, and please forgive me for the weird spacing on some of my posts. I know, it messes with the fluidity of the posts but for some reason, it's one of those things that I can't figure out, especially after resizing my layout. I'm not always the most computer savvy person :)
